So what to do in the depths of a long, cold February in northern Europe? The skies are grey, the rainfall is drearily constant, the temperatures chilly to freezing. Even in southern Italy, there's snow on Vesuvio. Here's an idea - why not spend a few weeks in the southern hemisphere - Sydney, Australia, to be exact.
